What to expect from your first experience at Icon Bridal
Choosing your wedding dress is one of the most important decisions you will make when planning your big day - here is what to expect from your first experience here with us at Icon Bridal!
We stock a wide variety of dresses from Justin Alexander, Ronald Joyce and Lillian West, so you will be sure to find something that you absolutely love.
Your appointment will be led by one of our dedicated style consultants and the first thing that they will do is go through your pre-appointment interview notes with you so that they are aware of key details - this is also when you will be asked if there is a budget that needs to be respected. You and your party will be provided with drinks during this time, with your first glass of prosecco free!
We want to know all of the extra details as this really helps us to get a clear picture of the big day - everything from the proposal story to the number of bridesmaids.
The barn will then be yours for the next hour and a half, and you will be given the opportunity to pick a selection of dresses to try on. We know that this can seem daunting, but we are here to make you feel as comfortable as possible so that you can find your dream dress with ease. We also suggest considering how many people you would like to bring to your appointment - too many opinions can become overwhelming!
Once you have finalized which dresses you would like to try on, you will be taken into the dressing room. Initially you will try on the dresses of your choosing, however your style consultant may decide to throw in a wildcard option or two as it is always a good idea to consider a wide variety of styles!
When you find your dream dress, we will ask you the all important question: “Are you saying yes to the dress?”
